1. Complete disassembly of the machine into units and defect detection.
2. Welding and surfacing work with replacement of all pin/bushing connections on the working equipment, chassis and frame.
3. Repair of the left and right support roller mounting frames (belt guides, jack guides, seals and valves, swing axles, cross beam, mounting seats of the support and guide roller eyes).
4. Repair of the side cheeks of the front blade.
5. Replacement of track chains with shoes, support and support rollers, guide wheels, segments of drive sprockets (ITR).
6. Hydraulics - replacement of all hoses and pipes, overhaul of the hydraulic distributor, repair of the steering pump, repair of the ripper hydraulic cylinder, overhaul of the control joysticks (Acord/PGT).
7. Electrical – wiring repair and revision, replacement of fuel pressure sensors, engine oil, engine temperature, torque converter speed, new headlights, synchronization of ECM units.
8. Transmission – complete revision of the gearbox with replacement of seals on the friction packs, complete revision of the final drives with replacement of oil seals, replacement of brake pack seals (CAT/Blumaq).
9. Engine attachments – water radiator repair, turbocharger cooler replacement (CAT), turbocharger replacement (Blumaq) and pipes, starter replacement (non-CAT), generator repair, replacement of the injector activation pump and one injector (CAT), fan drive, belt replacement, water pump and thermostat replacement (Blumaq).
10. Major overhaul of the internal combustion engine - replacement of the cylinder-piston group, seals and gaskets, oil pump, camshaft, complete overhaul of the head with replacement of seats and valves, guides, rocker arms and tappets (Blumaq).
11. Assembly, cleaning, painting.
12. PM-6000 was carried out with replacement of all filters and working fluids.
