These crushers have the ability to feed large materials, provide a cubic product, a high degree of size reduction, high productivity, low investment and operating costs, making them ideal secondary crushers in crushing and sorting systems.
The stone entering the crusher strikes the crushing elements of the first zone under the action of centrifugal forces generated by the rotor hammers, and the first stage of crushing occurs. In this area, sufficiently high pressure and crushing force are created to crush even very hard materials. If the crushed material reaches the desired size, it moves to the second zone. The material that has moved to the second zone undergoes another stage of crushing and is reduced to an even smaller size. Then the material moves to the third and final zone, where the final stage of crushing occurs. Now the material is reduced to the smallest size.
