The GKM-260 granulator head with a rotating die allows you to independently build a feed granulator or pellet machine based on the proven main part.
The GKM-260 head consists of the following parts:
movable die with a diameter of 259 mm
fixed rollers
main shaft
outlet drawer for finished granules
the pelletizing machine's feed hopper
When properly connected, the head reaches a capacity of up to 300 kg of granules per hour.
The recommended power of the electric motor for this head is up to 11 kW, while the die speed should not exceed 250 rpm
