There are 24 cutting knives on the cutting shaft, cooperating with two fixed knives located on the cutting chamber cover.
Thanks to the opening cutting chamber, replacement and maintenance of cutting knives and screens is very simple. Additionally, the cutting knives can be re-sharpened and reused.
